Orthodontics and Oral Surgery

Dr. Chan obtained her doctorate of dental medicine from the University of British Columbia.  During her time there, she participated in a brief externship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Lincoln Hospital in New York, attended the Dr. Richard V. Tucker Cast Gold Course, and participated in the Surgical Implant Elective, as well as the BC Children's Hospital Paediatric Dentistry Elective.

Dr. Chan has served underprivileged populations in mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Mexico. She has participated in Dental Fairs hosted by the Chinese Canadian Dental Society of BC, as well as represented UBC students on the Vancouver District Dental Society Board of Directors. Angie has also been recognized with the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Prize as well as the American Association of Public Health Dentistry Prize. She is fluent in English and spoken Cantonese.
