Ni Nguyen (Nguyen Thi Hang Ni) is a Certified Dental Assistant at Burnaby Dental Centre. With specialized training and certification, she supports clinical procedures, helps coordinate appointments, and works hard to make every patient feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Ni is passionate about safe, high-quality care and patient education, and she loves being part of a team that treats patients like family. She’s grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside Dr. Popat and Dr. Anik and to contribute to a positive experience for everyone who visits the clinic.
Ever since I was a little kid, I have always enjoyed going to the dentist. Before I knew it, I pursued a career in dentistry. The dentists at Burnaby Dental Centre have taught me so much and not only do I look forward to seeing our patients, my love for dentistry has grown! If I do have free time, I like to keep my mind busy with whatever has caught my interest - may it be video games or movies.
Karen joined Burnaby Dental Centre after graduating from the Certified Dental Assisting (CDA) program from VCC. Karen also continued her dental education in an orthodontics assisting course from UBC. As a CDA, she enjoys new challenges and strives to become a better assistant and team member. I love working with Dr. Popat and Dr. Anik because they personally love getting to know their patients and they educate their patients before they agree upon any treatment plans. They are truly great teachers and mentors.
